- When should I order the product to pick it up the same day?
Usually, orders placed before 9:30 am will be ready the same day between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm (depending, for example, on the cooling rate of the media, etc.)
- How much can I ask for the production of the media to ensure delivery at the earliest possible term?
If you want to deliver the medium in bottles, we can handle up to 15 litres per day, but if you want to pour into petri dishes, our capacity is 200 dishes (4-5 litres) per day.
- Can I request the production of a solution that is not on the list offered?
You can if you supply the exact protocol and the components are available (have been purchased) in the media kitchen.
- Can I request the production of media with a “non-standard” composition (e.g. antibiotics, phytohormones)?
You can, as long as you define your exact requirements and the components are available in the media kitchen. You can provide us with your stock solution of antibiotics, in which case they will not be included in the final price.
- May I suggest adding certain solutions/mediums to the list of products?
You can, if the product will be requested in a certain minimum quantity per year or the need to prepare these products will be based on two or more departments.
